Research
Evidence matters. So does the person.
Pathfinder is research-informed without becoming mechanical. The work draws on trauma theory, attachment, neuroscience, Transactional Analysis, EMDR and body-based understanding.
Research gives us language, maps and ethical discipline. The therapeutic relationship helps those ideas meet a real life.
Evidence-Informed Practice
Clinical knowledge should deepen curiosity, not replace it.
Evidence-informed therapy uses research to support careful judgement. It does not reduce people to protocols.
A useful model helps us notice what may be happening. It should never make assumptions louder than the person in the room.

Knowledge Library
Clear ideas should be available before therapy begins.
